Sulina Kaur, a home-grown consultant, joined Roland Berger at the opening of our Kuala Lumpur office in 2011. She has spent 8+ years focusing on civil economics, during which time she has honed her expertise in economic development, including tourism-led development, smart city and urban planning, and, more recently, digitalization for government entities.

Sulina is also passionate about talent development and supports regional expansion through recruiting efforts. Going forward, she will continue to support the growth of our Civil Economics CC across Southeast Asia.
