Theresa Werkhausen is an expert for DTC (direct to consumer), omnichannel and loyalty. She joined the consumer goods & retail practice in October 2023.
She has extensive experience in the fashion, luxury, and consumer industry where she held different operational management roles leading the DTC business (incl. e-commerce and retail stores) to new heights. Her focus lays on building and transforming businesses from a fragmented retail landscape and silo online channel into an overarching Omnichannel experience, always executing a customer first mindset.
Within the past 15 years, Theresa Werkhausen created and implemented customer first strategies not only from the industry perspective, she also consulted international brands and companies on customer experience, marketing and sales topics. She consults by and always follows the motto "Retail is detail" and combines the best of both worlds: her in-depth industry and operational knowledge with the consulting toolkit.
Theresa Werkhausen holds an international MBA from WHU as well as several certificates among others from the University of St. Gallen.
