After successfully completing my double master's degree, I undertook my mandatory internship, working in Human Resources at Roland Berger. The fascinating dynamics, the opportunities for international exchange and the supportive environment I found there quickly convinced me to join the company on a permanent basis. I was given a lot of responsibility right from the start, taking on my own area of recruiting and making valuable contacts in various departments.
I'm currently working in the Corporate Functions recruiting team, where I experience a wide range of topics, exciting tasks and numerous challenges that are important for my personal development – and that's exactly what makes working for Roland Berger so unique for me!
