Rob Henske named a 2026 Top Consultant by Consulting Magazine

During his tenure as Managing Partner in North America, Henske led a comprehensive leadership and governance transformation that reshaped Roland Berger’s trajectory. The impact was significant: under this strategy, North America evolved from the firm’s 31st largest region to its second largest, achieving more than 20 percent compound annual growth.
