Carmen has nearly 12 years of consulting experience in the energy industry and is part of the energy and utility practice in the Middle East.
Her focus lies in strategy transformation, covering strategy development and business design, corporate performance management, governance, and operational excellence.
Carmen is also known for her ability to deliver go to market strategies, drive business growth, implement licensing reforms, and devise strategies to attract, promote investments, and enhance investor experience.
In addition to that, she also led the diversity & inclusion, mental health, employee experience, and talent agenda fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and impact.
Carmen speaks Arabic and English, and she has worked mainly across the Middle East. Carmen has a BS in Biology from the American University of Beirut and a MSc in Neuroscience from the University of Ottawa.
