Cemre Bagci-Phan

Cemre Bagci-Phan is a Principal at Roland Berger’s Restructuring, Performance, Transformation & Transaction Platform and is based in our Düsseldorf office.

She is specialized in advising multinational Corporates and mid-sized Companies from various industries on restructuring and performance improvement projects. She has extensive knowledge in the development and implementation of restructuring concepts and is experienced in developing performance improvement programs and initiatives.

Prior to joining Roland Berger in 2020, Cemre has worked at a Big Four audit firm and at a large global conglomerate. She studied International Business and Economics in Maastricht and is an active CFA Charterholder.
