Based in Brazil and Mexico, Esteban Restrepo is a core member of Roland Berger’s team where he spearheads the consumer goods & retail sector.
Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French, Esteban has been involved in management consulting projects throughout Latin and Central America, including countries such as Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Chile.
He is an expert in the fields of growth strategy, commercial due diligence, scenario planning, pricing, go-to-market strategy, and organizational transformation, among many others.
Before joining Roland Berger, Esteban worked for a leading beverage producer in Southeast Asia where he specialized in product launch, sales productivity, and go-to-market strategy.
Esteban holds an undergraduate degree from Cass Business School in London, and a master's degree in business administration (MBA) from Babson College.
