Gilberto serves as the Managing Partner for Roland Berger Mexico. He has more than 20 years' consulting experience specializing in growth strategy, digital strategy, operating model redesign, organizational alignment, cost reduction, and transformation management. Throughout his career, Gilberto has worked with a wide range of institutions in the private and public sectors, in industries including consumer, retail, health, real estate, financial services, infrastructure, and tourism, among others.
Prior to joining Roland Berger, Gilberto built the strategy practice for a global big four consulting firm; and designed the Innovation center and created the talent hub for another consulting firm. As a senior partner for the latter consulting firm, he also built the firm's consumer products & retail consulting practice throughout the LATAM North region, where he was responsible for creating synergies, pursuing opportunities across geographies, and sharing methodologies and resources.
