Giovanni Schelfi joined Roland Berger in Italy in 2009 and moved to the Chicago office in 2014. With more than 15 years of consulting experience, he has developed deep expertise across the broader industrial sector, particularly in the Automotive and Off-Highway industries, advising leading OEMs, suppliers, and industrial companies across North America and globally.

Giovanni focuses on corporate and growth strategy, operational transformation, performance improvement, and M&A. He brings together deep industry knowledge, an international perspective, and a collaborative approach to helping clients navigate complex challenges and deliver lasting impact.

Giovanni holds a Master’s degree in International Institutions Management from Bocconi University in Italy and an MBA from the University of Geneva in Switzerland.
