Justus Jandt is a home-grown Roland Berger consultant who has been with the company since 2013, when he completed an internship here. Since then, he has been part of our Restructuring, Performance, Transformation & Transaction team, where he advises private equity and strategic investors in the acquisition and holding phase. Over the past years, Justus has worked on multiple commercial due diligences and strategy assignments in the European market, as well as contributing to developing our PE Value Creation offering.
Justus has functional experience in transaction, market, competitor and business plan assessment, strategy development, and performance improvement. Going forward, he will take a leading role in further expanding our PE Value Creation business and growing our PE network.
Justus studied at Copenhagen Business School and earned his master’s in business administration from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management in Koblenz and Università Bocconi.
