Koji is a Partner at Roland Berger’s Tokyo office.

He has more than 20 years consulting experiences with focus on the energy related arena. He has provided consulting services to major companies in electric industry, gas industry, oil industry and relevant manufacturers, trading houses and government authorities. He covers a wide range of topics such as scenario planning, strategy building, new business building, operation optimization and cost reduction.

He places particular importance on identifying essential management issues via communication with client senior management, developing and executing solutions for the issues closely collaborating with the clients.

Koji joined Roland Berger after working at some other management consulting firms. Koji holds a BA in Law from the University of Tokyo in Japan.
