Sebastian Gundermann is a Partner in the Automotive Competence Center in Munich. Sebastian focuses on corporate strategy, mobility, cost reduction and performance improvement in the automotive industry. He is an expert in leading large scale corporate transformation programs with a focus on automotive OEMs and suppliers.
Sebastian joined Roland Berger in 2009 as an automotive expert after gaining in-depth professional experience. In 2015, he became Head of Corporate Strategy and Membership at ADAC, the German Automobile Club. In this role, Sebastian was responsible for all large transformation programs with a focus on performance, digitalization and mobility services. In 2019, he rejoined Roland Berger.
Prior to his work in industry and consulting he studied business administration and management at the University of Passau (Germany) and Eastern Washington State University (USA).
