Sébastien joined Roland Berger in 2025 and has over 15 years of experience in Operations. His background spans supply chain planning in the FMCG sector, strategic transformation consulting, and advising on end-to-end operations orchestration technologies. He has built a strong track record across multiple industries, including Food & Beverage, Beauty & Luxury, Consumer Durables, Home Appliances, Grocery, Specialty Retail, Pharmaceutical laboratories and Medtech.
He is a recognized expert in planning and S&OP, footprint optimization, plant performance improvement, and store operations. Together with his team, Sébastien has led numerous complex projects—from diagnostics to design and implementation—addressing both targeted functional improvements and broader operating model transformations on a global scale.
He advises a diverse client base, ranging from mid-sized companies to global corporate leaders, with project experience spanning Europe and the Americas.
Sébastien holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arts & Métiers ParisTech and a Master of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta.
