Usman Tahir
Usman is a Principal at Roland Berger’s Middle East office based in Dubai, leading the Aviation practice for Roland Berger Middle East. He has nearly 20 years of management consulting and industry experience in the Middle East and South Asia.
He has spent most of his career working within the Aviation Industry on topics of strategic importance across the commercial and operational value chain. From a functional perspective, Usman focuses on Strategy Development and Implementation, Business Planning, Process Efficiency and Operating Model Design.
Usman gained his Aviation industry experience at one of the world’s most profitable airlines through his role as a trusted advisor to their executive leadership. During his experience, he led business-critical cost transformation initiatives working across multiple divisions such as airline MRO, aviation services, network and fleet operations, and airport operations.
Through his consulting experience, Usman brings extensive knowledge and expertise in working with high profile clients to create and deliver value. In his role at Roland Berger, he has led multiple engagements with clients on topics such as; airport development, airline sustainability, regulatory frameworks and organization transformation.
