Victor Marcais joined Roland Berger as a Partner in 2017 in the Telecommunications, Media, Entertainment and Technology practice. His expertise includes corporate and business strategy, sales and marketing, and performance improvement.
With more than 25-years' experience in general management, Victor has worked across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. He has advised governments, regulators and operators on license allocations and radio spectrum auctions relating to the telecommunications industry.
Victor graduated from Agro-Paris-Tech and holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance from Paris Dauphine University.
