Martin Erharter is a Partner in the Chemicals & Pharma Competence Center at Roland Berger. Martin is involved in big-picture topics such as corporate efficiency improvement programs and PMI, and is known for giving special focus to transforming concepts into measurable results. He has worked on a variety of national and international projects in the fields of operations strategy, marketing & sales and strategy development.
He began his career at the Sandoz/Novartis Group in Austria and Switzerland, where he spent 10 years working in divisional and group management positions for marketing & sales, technical operations and finance & administration. In 1997, he switched to management consulting, where he expanded his industrial horizon towards the fast-moving consumer goods, manufacturing & engineering and automotive industries. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Innsbruck in Austria and completed his MBA as a Rotary International scholar in the US.
