Frank Steffen
Dr. Frank Steffen is a Partner in Roland Berger’s Chemicals and Pharma unit. He has held leadership roles in R&D, product management, sales & marketing and general management. After switching to management consulting, Frank expanded his industrial scope to Pharmaceuticals and FMCG.
Frank brings more than 20 years of experience in consulting and the chemicals industry to Roland Berger. He is widely considered to be an expert on holistic cost reduction programs, supply chain optimization programs, due diligence studies and strategy development, and is respected for his ability to transform concepts into measurable results. He holds a PhD in Chemistry from the Leibniz University of Hanover.
Being a chemist, I see consultancy as a business catalyst: it accelerates transformations while at the same time raising the appeal of the client and their product.
