Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) constitute a very broad segment that is of considerable relevance for the economy as a whole, especially in Germany, and they are suffering under today's global and economic challenges just as much as big international conglomerates. Our performance methodology for SMEs is based on the experience gained in numerous SME projects and particularly takes account of the pragmatic way of working and the frequently tight resource situation in this segment. The approach is modular and addresses all revenue and cost levers to achieve a sustainable improvement in the bottom line and realize medium-term strategic and financial objectives.

Phase 1: An initial health check over 4 to 6 weeks delivers results on your strategic positioning, the quantitative optimization potential as well as the fields of action and main levers for sustainable performance improvement.

Phase 2: The identified levers are fleshed out, evaluated and prioritized in phase 2, based on benchmarks and best practices. Together, we will discuss and evaluate the potential strategic options. This ensures that your company is examined from end to end while focusing the performance concept on the most significant improvements so that the organization is not overwhelmed. The result is an aligned concept that incorporates strategic as well as purely profitability-focused measures.

Phase 3: After that, we'll work with you to set up your individual implementation organization (incl. governance, tools, etc.) from where the execution of the measures will be prepared and actively managed. We will also train your organization to enable you to internalize the program step by step
