Ulf Rieckhoff is a Partner in the Restructuring, Performance, Transformation & Transaction team at Roland Berger's office in Hamburg.

He has more than 20 years' experience in leading consulting and corporate positions in TMT, utility, and industrial companies. Ulf Rieckhoff has deep expertise in performance improvement, reorganization, and HR transformation programs where he advises national and global clients during the concept development and execution phase.

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technical University of Hamburg. Before joining Roland Berger he was a Partner in an international consultancy firm based in Munich, and held a position as Group Director of HR Operations and Transformation at the headquarters of an international mobile operator in Amsterdam.
