Milko is a Partner in our Restructuring, Performance & Transaction team in Munich. He has extensive expertise in leading large-scale transformations around performance improvement and carve-out - from concept to implementation.

Milko led numerous projects in Europe and the United States across different industries with focus on Industrial Goods, Technology and Consumer Products.

Prior to joining Roland Berger, he was working for an international management consulting company focusing on operational performance improvement. Milko studied industrial engineering (Diplom) at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
