"'Be the Original You' means having the ability to be myself at work without fear of judgement or embarrassment."

Why Roland Berger?

I enjoy the opportunity to work for a global company and the fact that I am able to be immersed in new industries. Having the opportunity to learn about so many different industries is not something you would typically be afforded outside of a consulting firm if you worked in-house at a smaller company. This thematic diversity and the continuous change of perspective make Roland Berger particularly attractive to me.

What does “Be the Original You” mean to you?

It means having the ability to be myself at work without fear of judgement or embarrassment. I feel comfortable bringing my ideas and opinions to the table.

How do you contribute uniquely to your team’s success?

My background in digital marketing has allowed me to fully support North America’s digital presence, which was previously owned by the Global Marketing team. It’s helpful to have a native speaker/someone who understands the landscape within North America doing the work that impacts this region. I’ve been able to expand campaigns across client teams, grow our brand, and showcase the full capabilities of the firm while being local to this market.

What are you most enthusiastic about in your role?

I love having the opportunity to test new capabilities, whether that’s through paid advertising, partnerships, or events. Testing new ideas and trying new tactics helps us grow as marketers and ultimately impacts Roland Berger by showcasing success stories in North America that can be translated to the regional marketing teams globally.

What’s the most unexpected place your work at Roland Berger has taken you?

It was in the Bavarian mountains near the Austrian border, where we gathered for an offsite team meeting with the Global Marketing team.

What’s the most memorable team event or social activity you’ve attended at Roland Berger?

I thoroughly enjoyed the North America summer party where everyone from across the region came together for a few days of meetings, team building, and celebration. It was so nice to get to meet everyone in person and converse with folks I don’t get a chance to interact with on a regular basis.
