"To me, 'Be the Original You' means bringing your quirks, your perspective, and your authentic self to the table - because that’s where the magic happens."
Why Roland Berger?
Roland Berger feels like the perfect blend of strategy and creativity. It’s not just about solving problems - it’s about shaping ideas that actually make an impact. I wanted to be part of a team that values originality and bold thinking, and Roland Berger truly embodies that.
What does “Be the Original You” mean to you?
To me, it means bringing your quirks, your perspective, and your authentic self to the table - because that’s where the magic happens. It’s about not trying to fit into a mold but creating your own shape and letting that uniqueness add value to the team at Roland Berger.
How do you contribute uniquely to your team’s success?
I’m the person who connects the dots others might miss. Whether it’s spotting patterns in data or finding a creative angle for a new challenge, I love turning complexity into clarity - and making it fun along the way.
What are you most enthusiastic about in your role?
I’m motivated by the opportunity to make the world more sustainable – not just by living responsibly myself but by helping clients develop and bring sustainable technologies to market, where they can make a real impact on a larger scale.
If you could instantly master any new skill, what would it be and why?
Data visualization wizardry is a skill I would love to master instantly! Because turning numbers into stories that everyone can understand is like having a superpower in consulting.
What has been the most valuable lesson you’ve learned since joining Roland Berger?
I’ve learned that ambiguity isn’t the enemy - it’s the playground. Roland Berger taught me that the best solutions often come from navigating uncertainty with curiosity and creativity.
What have you experienced at Roland Berger that university never prepared you for?
University taught me theory, but Roland Berger taught me the magic of turning chaos into clarity - sometimes while juggling three time zones and five coffee cups. Multitasking is an extreme sport here!
