Carla Bartrina Plana

Carla Bartrina is a Principal in Roland Berger's Barcelona office. She joined Roland Berger in 2016 but accumulates more than 10 years of experience in strategy consulting.

She has successfully supported clients in Spain and abroad in strategic planning, business growth, market entry strategy definition across financial services industry (insurance, consumer finance or real estate). She also has extensive experience in the entire insurance value chain, having worked in several insurance lines of business and distribution channels, as well as in adjacent businesses such as mobility or health. She strives for "creative strategies that work", combining an innovative and strategic mindset, with pragmatism and orientation to execution.

Carla holds an MSc in Industrial engineer from Polytechnic University of Catalonia, a BA in Business administration from Open University of Catalonia and an MBA from IE Business School.
