Marcus Wolf is a Partner in Roland Berger’s Restructuring, Performance & Turnaround practice and leads the firm’s special situations coverage for London-based lenders and investors across their European portfolios.

He works closely with management teams as well as creditor and shareholder stakeholders in stressed and underperforming situations – ranging from holistic turnaround programs and implementation support to covenant-driven refinancings, independent business reviews and complex debt-to-equity transitions. His mandates frequently involve cross-border cases across DACH, the UK and other European markets.

Having spent over a decade in Roland Berger’s European restructuring practice, Marcus combines deep restructuring delivery experience in DACH with his current role as a hub for the London investor and creditor ecosystem. He supports financial stakeholders both in underwriting new investments in special situations and in stabilizing and transforming existing portfolio companies.

His expertise spans independent business reviews, liquidity management, performance improvement and value creation, strategic repositioning, finance transformation and full-scale turnaround programs. Marcus is industry-agnostic and has led mandates across sectors including consumer products and retail, industrial goods and automotive.
