This year's theme is "Confronting Scarcity", more specifically the symposium will focus on current global issues and provide space for in-depth discussions on topics such as economics, politics, technology and society.

Sebastian Gundermann is a Senior Partner in our Automotive pratice in Munich. Sebastian focuses on corporate strategy, mobility, cost reduction and performance improvement in the automotive industry. He is an expert in leading large scale corporate transformation programs with a focus on automotive OEMs and suppliers.

Sebastian joined Roland Berger in 2009 as an automotive expert after gaining in-depth professional experience. In 2015, he became Head of Corporate Strategy and Membership at ADAC, the German Automobile Club. In this role, Sebastian was responsible for all large transformation programs with a focus on performance, digitalization and mobility services. In 2019, he rejoined Roland Berger.

Prior to his work in industry and consulting he studied business administration and management at the University of Passau (Germany) and Eastern Washington State University (USA).
