Siobhán joined Roland Berger in 2020 and heads the Consumer Goods & Retail practice in the UK, where she advises retailers, consumer goods companies and investors on strategies and approaches to transform, innovate and drive value through digital innovation and business model reinvention.
Prior to her consulting career, Siobhán worked at a senior level in retailer operations, general management and strategy functions for several leading retail and leisure companies across Europe. The experience of working directly as a client has informed Siobhán's approach to consulting, which she describes as practical, client-first and always with a strong focus on action – the interface between strategy and implementation.
Siobhán has a strong interest in disruptive trends in the retail industry, as well as in innovation in physical retail spaces, and is a frequent contributor to press articles on the topic. Other key areas of interest and expertise include food innovation, sustainability and digital transformation.
Siobhán is a graduate of Dublin City University and has a Diploma in Finance from the ACCA and an MBA from INSEAD.
