Ralph Mair is a Principal at Roland Berger's Zurich office. He is focused on the industrial client segments in Switzerland and has deep topical experience in cost and complexity reduction, efficiency gains, operational excellence and digitalization. He has worked extensively with mid-sized companies and a broad range of family owned businesses. Ralph also brings experience on market entry strategies and execution, Benchmarking, Commercial Due Diligence and Independent Business Reviews to the table.
Before joining Roland Berger, Ralph was responsible for the restructuring of a mid-sized manufacturer of plastic components in Switzerland. This included contract re-negotiations with key customers, resizing of the customer portfolio, reduction of production and administrative costs, process optimization and bank negotiations. Prior to his restructuring engagement, he worked for eight years as a Performance Improvement Manager in the Swiss office of a global consulting company focused on Industrial Goods and Services, Retail and Consumer Goods.
Ralph studied Business Management in London and St Gallen.
