Fabian Englert is a Principal in Transformation Practice at Roland Berger. His expertise includes complex transformation projects with a focus on increasing performance and organizational realignment (including organizational design, agile organization, corporate headquarters and functions, cultural change) of large and medium-sized companies from concept to implementation. He is the author of several publications on the subject of organization, including our Overhead Efficiency publication.
Fabian has been working for Roland Berger since 2016. Previously, he worked for an American management consultancy and in a management position for a DAX40 in-house consultancy.
Fabian has a diploma in business administration (University of Bayreuth), is a certified Senior Project Consultant (Scaled Agile Framework - SAFe) and an alumnus of the German National Academic Foundation.
