Naoki Tokumoto

After completing graduate studies at Kyoto University’s Graduate School of Agriculture, Naoki began his career at Roland Berger.

Naoki later joined a health-tech AI startup as COO, where he oversaw organizational build-out, business launch, and R&D management, before his returning to Roland Berger.

He has deep experience supporting clients across the healthcare ecosystem - including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, hospitals, and consumer health - on growth acceleration through go‑to‑market strategy, new market entry, AI and digital transformation, and M&A.

His focus is on shaping seamless, end‑to‑end patient journeys that transcend traditional boundaries within the healthcare industry.
