Niels Kammerer
Dr. Niels Kammerer is a Partner at Roland Berger's Munich office, specializing in the People & Organization platform. With a strong background in transformation management, he has successfully led numerous transformation projects across diverse industries, including industrials, automotive, insurance, and banking. Niels is dedicated to addressing transformative challenges from a people-centric perspective. Since joining Roland Berger in June 2025, he has utilized his extensive experience to drive organizational change and enhance workforce strategies.
Prior to his role at Roland Berger, Niels served as an Associate Director at a global management consulting firm, where he was a key member of the People and Organization Practice Group. He also established and led the transformation management office at a leading manufacturer of optical systems and optoelectronics during 2023 and 2024. Niels holds a Diploma in Mathematics from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and the University of Colorado at Boulder, in addition to a PhD in Mathematics. His academic background enriches his professional expertise, enabling him to tackle complex business challenges with analytical precision.
