Shusaku is a Principal at Roland Berger’s Tokyo office, and a core member in Restructuring, Performance & Transformation.
His primary focus is on consumer goods and retail industries, such as consumer electronics, restaurants, hotels, and weddings.
In addition, he has a strong track record of successful turnarounds and DX as a business executive. After working for a major electronics company, he joined Roland Berger in 2011.
He later worked for two service companies and was COO and CEO of a publicly traded restaurant company before his rejoining Roland Berger.
Shusaku studied Administration Engineering at Keio University and received his MBA from Graduate School of Management, GLOBIS University.
