Konstantin Shirokinskiy
Konstantin Shirokinskiy is a Partner at Roland Berger, based in the Detroit office, and serves as the Global Co-Head of the Software Technology Cluster. He plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s strategy around software-defined vehicles (SDVs) and the commercialization of automotive software.
Konstantin rejoined Roland Berger in 2018 after serving as a Senior Director at an American electric vehicle manufacturer. He currently focuses on disruptive trends impacting the industry and how SDVs will shape next-gen vehicles. He has extensive experience consulting on OEM and Supplier strategies, investor relations, strategic partnerships, and component sourcing. His earlier career includes positions at a major German automotive OEM and prior consulting roles at Roland Berger’s offices in Moscow and Detroit.
He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and completed his undergraduate studies at the People's Friendship University in Moscow and Reutlingen University in Germany. Konstantin is a recognized thought leader on the transformation of the automotive industry through software innovation.
