Marco Horstmann is a Partner in our Restructuring, Performance, Transformation & Transaction group. He joined Roland Berger in 2015. Prior to that, he worked fifteen years in restructuring, corporate performance improvement and M&A projects in several industries. His key competencies involve the development and implementation of restructuring concepts. Additionally, he manages financial negotiations with financing partners. Furthermore, he is an experienced interim manager. Since 2018 he is a lecturer in Corporate Restructuring at the Ruprecht-Karls-University in Heidelberg. Marco Horstmann holds a diploma in business administration.
