Gundula Pally is a Managing Partner of Roland Berger's office in Vienna, and a member of our global teams Industrials and Operations. She has more than 20 years of professional experience in management consulting, with a focus on cost and operational efficiency programs in procurement and supply chain management. Gundula has carried out successful transformation projects for clients in various industries, including consumer goods, industrial goods and the automotive industry.
Prior to joining Roland Berger, Gundula was a Partner and Managing Director Austria of a boutique consultancy firm, focused on procurement and supply chain optimization. Formerly, she also worked for a global paper and packaging group, specializing in inhouse-consulting and procurement.
Gundula holds a Master’s Degree in International Economic Relations.
