Laurent Benarousse has been a Partner at Roland Berger since 2004. He is Managing Partner of Roland Berger's Paris and Casablanca offices steering the firm's business in France and Morrocco as part of a management team made up of several Partner colleagues, and a member of the firm's Supervisory Board. He is in charge of our Civil Economics practice in Paris, focusing on various topics ranging from corporate and long-term national strategies to performance improvement, and from participative democracy to innovation optimization.
He also founded our Casablanca office in 2008 with the goal of developing Roland Berger’s business in Africa. He has more than 30 years of professional experience, a large part of which are in top management consulting. Previously, he began his career in the French Department of Defense as a Project Manager in charge of developing and promoting speech recognition systems for the French military. He then joined a top French management consultancy, where he developed his expertise in the energy and environmental sectors.
He holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence from the Pierre and Marie Curie University in Paris, as well as Master of Science degrees from the École Polytechnique and École Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Économique in France (ENSAE).
