Maria is a Managing Partner at Roland Berger’s Moscow office, having joined the company in 2006. With 15-years of experience consulting in the construction, infrastructure, transportation, and energy sectors, as well as in the fields of digitalization and transformation, Maria's key expertise is in developing sustainable strategies that reflect the challenges of our new reality. These include new mobility, and new business models for energy companies.
Maria is often responsible for big transformational projects concerning turnaround for construction and EPC companies, and efficiency projects dedicated to cost and process optimization for big industrial players.
Maria is highly dedicated to bringing global expertise to the Russian market. One of her strategic vectors is sustainability topics for the industrial and construction sectors. Besides her leadership skills, Maria is known for her personal commitment to the team, and for her passion for turning concepts into achievements.
Maria holds an МВА degree in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi. Before joining Roland Berger, she studied at the University of St. Petersburg, and spent several years working in Vladivostok, Hong Kong and China.
