Why Roland Berger?
After my Master's in London, I was looking for a job where I could have the opportunity to get to know many different companies and industries. Roland Berger is the place where I found it, but beyond that I also found many other things: a very motivated, curious group of people providing a helping hand to anyone, wherever it is needed, and a fun and relaxed office culture!
What makes Roland Berger special for me?
Your opinion and ideas are taken seriously by everyone, not just after a few years, but right from the start. Initially I was surprised that even as a graduate, you can contribute to projects early on. Not only that, but your opinion counts and the office provides a very safe environment to express it.
What is it like to be out at Roland Berger?
To start off with, I myself have thankfully never had any negative experiences being out at RB! I feel comfortable openly discussing the topic and feel that many of my colleagues are also very interested in hearing my experiences. Alongside this open environment, I very much appreciate the availability of Just be, which gives us the ability to connect across offices, even across continents! Besides that, I trust that if I did have any negative experiences, I would always have Just be to share them with.
