Tilman Gronau
Tilman Gronau is a principal in Roland Berger's Frankfurt office and a member of the M&A / Financial Advisory team. He has more than 10 years of experience in restructuring, corporate finance and transactions. In addition, throughout his career he has gained extensive experience in resolving crisis situations across the entire capital structure and has also worked on mandates as (interim)-CFO in various industries. He has particular experience working with clients in the real estate, automotive, retail, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
The focus of his work is primarily on financial advisory solutions of all kinds. His services range from integrated (re-)financing, working capital financing, acquisition financing, and ESG project financing, to adjustments or optimizations of existing financing with regard to maturities, covenants, or collateral. He also deals with financial restructurings of entire capital structures.
A solid financial foundation is the basis for a successful business operation. I see my role in helping companies achieve a tailored financing structure that enables management to focus on what matters – building the business.
