Chen Youye is a Partner at Roland Berger Greater China. He mainly focuses on industrial technology, and has served a wide variety of large SOEs, private businesses and MNCs with his expertise and experience in the industry.
As a consultant and professional technician, he provides advanced and practical solutions to domestic enterprises in relation to automation upgrades and digital transformation. In addition, he possesses strong experience in the area of emerging cross-border M&A and PMI of industrial products in China and Europe, gained from his 5 years of study and work in Germany.
His project experience also spans corporate restructuring, organization and control, commercial due diligence, procurement system optimization and procurement cost reduction.
Chen holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from INSEAD and a Bachelor's degree in Precision Instrument from Tianjin University.
