Ina Wietheger
Ina Wietheger is a Senior Partner in the Civil Economics & Infrastructure team at Roland Berger. She is responsible for the firm’s Public Sector Consulting Practice. Since joining our firm in 2000, Ina has been responsible for a great variety of projects, ranging from the design and implementation of national reform strategies to the strategic and organizational reorientation of public bodies and economic studies. She has worked on diverse topics such as demographics & labor market issues, migration, social sector reform and digitization.
Ina is particularly adept at huge transformation processes, communication strategies and stakeholder management. Her successful strategies have been used by the European Commission, federal ministries and their subordinate agencies, regional governments and foundations. Before joining Roland Berger, she spent several years working in international development cooperation for Latin America. Ina studied International Economics in Germany and the US along with a period of study in Mexico and at the German Development Institute.
Successful transformation makes the implementation part of the concept – together with the client.
