Laurent joined our Paris office in 2013 after having worked for other consulting firms and industry players. He is a Principal within the Financial Services Competence Center. Through numerous projects for large banks and insurers, he has developed an all-rounded operational excellence expertise and ability to run very large transformation programs, combined with Digital & IT know-how such as digital banking, AI/RPA initiatives or IT strategy/efficiency across industries. Laurent is graduated from Imperial College and IAE.
