Soosung Lee joined Roland Berger’s Seoul office in 2012 and has served as the Managing Partner since 2014. He focuses his consultancy practice on strategy, transformation and leadership, private equity and corporate finance. Soosung has experience in a variety of sectors, including the automotive industry, engineered and high-tech products, consumer goods and retail, and the energy and biotech sectors.

He also has a 25-year record of experience in international management consulting, investment banking, and entrepreneurial management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Genetic Engineering from Korea University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, USA.
