Ron Zheng is Senior Partner of Roland Berger and Vice President of Roland Berger China, Asia Head of Automotive Practice. He is also driving business development activities in Consumer Goods & Retail, TMT and Transaction & Investor Support in China and broader Asia region.
Ron has steered lighthouse projects across multiple industries covering strategy, management and operation related topics in China and Asia. He also has strong expertise in the areas of Restructuring, Performance Improvement, PMI and portfolio management.
Ron Zheng holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from INSEAD and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
