Masugi Kaminaga

After graduating from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Tokyo, Masugi Kaminaga worked for both Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., and an American strategic consulting firm prior to joining Roland Berger. He also holds a Master of Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Tokyo.

He is involved in corporate strategy formulation, business creation, strategic alliance work, organizational reform and business reconstruction for top companies in the electronics, telecommunications, chemical, biotechnology, precision machinery and automotive industries in Japan and overseas. He is also a leading Japanese authority in the technology management field.
